Would you like to become an ONVZ customer? That's good news - welcome! ONVZ is an excellent choice.

Can anybody become an ONVZ customer?

Anyone can take out a basic health insurance policy and/or certain supplementary health insurance policies from ONVZ without restrictions. For all other policies, you will need to answer some medical history questions so we can determine whether or not you are eligible.

Easy and quick registration

It is very easy and quick to register with ONVZ.
There are two ways to do this:

• Download and print out the application form. Fill it in and send it to the address below in a stamped envelope:
