ONVZ Tandfit

The Basisverzekering or basic health insurance policy covers the majority of dental expenses up to the age of 18. However, if you are aged 19 or above, your dental expenses will no longer be reimbursed. So why not take out ONVZ Tandfit? This supplementary dental health insurance policy is available in different versions, depending on how much cover you need. There are no complicated terms and conditions, so you won’t get any nasty surprises later on.

Choose your level of cover

There are four modules to choose from. The cover shown is that provided for each adult, in each calendar year.

• Tandfit A: 75% of the costs of general dental care, up to a maximum of € 250
• Tandfit B: 100% coverage for costs of prevention and check-up, 75% coverage for other general dental care, up to a maximum of € 750
• Tandfit C: 100% coverage for costs of prevention and check-up, 75% coverage for other general dental care, up to a maximum of € 1500
• Tandfit D: 100% of the costs incurred, up to a maximum of
   € 1500

Tandfit D can only be taken out in combination with the Topfit plan. If you have taken out a Superfit plan, you already have maximum cover for your dental expenses.

Medical selection

If you do not have an ONVZ basic health insurance policy, you pay a surcharge of 100% on Tandfit. If you decide to take out Tandfit A in combination with either the Optifit or Topfit plan, you will not need to answer any medical history questions. Medical selection applies to all other combinations.
