ONVZ Vrije Keuze Extrafit

Key cover:

• Alternative/non-conventional medicine: up to a maximum of € 27 per consultation, subject to a maximum of 20 consultations
• Urgent care abroad: 100% coverage in Europe
• Physiotherapy: 100% (for a maximum of 9 treatments per year)

ONVZ Vrije Keuze Benfit

Key cover:

• Alternative/non-conventional medicine: up to a maximum of € 27 per consultation, subject to a maximum of 20 consultations
• Urgent care abroad: 100% coverage in Europe
• Physiotherapy: 100% (for a maximum of 12 treatments per year)
• Orthodontics: up to the age of 18, up to € 1,365 during the term of the insurance

ONVZ Vrije Keuze Optifit

Key cover:

• Alternative/non-conventional medicine by doctor: € 85 per day, by practitioner: € 65 per day
• Glasses/contact lenses: up to € 150 per year
• Urgent care abroad: 100% coverage worldwide
• Physiotherapy: 100% (for a maximum of 35 treatments per year)
• Orthodontics: up to the age of 18, 100%

ONVZ Vrije Keuze Topfit

Key cover:

• Alternative/non-conventional medicine by doctor: € 85 per day, by practitioner: € 65 per day
• Glasses/contact lenses: up to € 300 per year
• Urgent care abroad: 100% coverage worldwide
• Physiotherapy: 100%
• Orthodontics: 100% up to the age of 18, up to € 500 per year for insured persons aged 18+

ONVZ Vrije Keuze Superfit

Key cover:

• Alternative/non-conventional medicine by doctor: € 85 per day, by practitioner: € 65 per day
• Glasses/contact lenses: up to € 450 per year
• Urgent care abroad: 100% coverage worldwide
• Physiotherapy: 100%
• Orthodontics: 100%

If you do not have an ONVZ basic health insurance policy, you pay a surcharge of 100% on Extrafit, Benefit, Optifit or Topfit. Superfit may only be taken out in combination with the ONVZ-Basisverzekering.
