The ONVZ management team consists of the managers of the various ONVZ clusters:
J. (Jan) Berkelmans, Health Care Cluster Manager
Jan Berkelmans (born 1981) has been working at ONVZ since 2014 and was appointed Health Care Cluster Manager in 2017. Prior to joining ONVZ, he worked at the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) in various roles.
N. (Nienke) Boersma, CFRO
Nienke Boersma joined ONVZ in May 2025. Nienke has spent virtually her whole career in the financial world. She held various management positions at the Nationale-Nederlanden insurance company and was most recently Reporting Director at the Achmea insurance group for several years.
(Jan) Doornbos, Compliance, Legal and Fraud Management Cluster Manager
Jan Doornbos (born 1964) has been ONVZ’s Compliance, Legal and Fraud Management Cluster Manager since 2010. For nearly 20 years before joining ONVZ, he served in a similar position at the DBV Verzekeringen insurance company, which was taken over by SRLEV N.V.
(Anna) Chernilovskaya, Data Care Cluster Manager
Anna Chernilovskaya (born 1983) has been ONVZ’s Data Care Cluster Manager since June 2021. Before she joined ONVZ, she held various positions at Dutch national rail operator Nederlandse Spoorwegen, the Achmea insurance group and Utrecht University. Anna is also a member of the supervisory boards of Naturalis Biodiversity Center, Japan Museum SieboldHuis and Leiden University of Applied Sciences.
A. (Age-Pieter) Kamermans, Customer Relations Cluster Manager
Age-Pieter Kamermans (born 1978) has been working at ONVZ since 2019 and has held the position of Customer Relations Cluster Manager since 2024. Before joining ONVZ, Age-Pieter gained extensive experience in the financial sector, including management positions at ING and Rabobank.
Stijn Savenije, Board secretary and spokesman
Stijn Savenije (born 1993) has been working at ONVZ since 2016 and has served as the board secretary and spokesperson since 2026. Previously, he held various positions at ONVZ, including the Healthcare cluster, the Customer Relations cluster, and, since 2019, the Board Office.
Imke Zilkens-Teeuwisse, Clustermanager HR & Sustainability
Imke Zilkens-Teeuwisse has been working at ONVZ as a temporary Cluster Manager for HR & Sustainability since October 1, 2025. She previously worked as an interim HR manager at companies including Oasen (Gouda Water Company), Erasmus MC Children's Sophia Hospital, WNK Social Workshop Alkmaar, Miele, and Heineken. Her assignments primarily focus on supporting companies in transition.
