MijnONVZ and the app

  • You can log in to MijnONVZ via DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD yet, you can apply for one here

    You can also watch the videos on our page Managing your affairs digitally in MijnONVZ.

  • MijnONVZ and the ONVZ app offer many of the same services, but there are also differences. For example, you can easily take a photo with the ONVZ app to submit a claim for health-care costs, but via MijnONVZ, you submit a claim by uploading a PDF.

    What can be arranged in the app and for what do you need MijnONVZ?

    You can arrange all kinds of things in the app and MijnONVZ. Below, you will find a list of the possibilities.

    • change contact preferences
    • download policy sheet
    • split policy
    • view frequently asked questions
    • set language preferences (from Dutch to English and vice versa)

    The options below are now only available in MijnONVZ and not (yet) in the ONVZ app, although we are working hard on new features.

    • change phone number
    • change financial details
